2012 Base Prices -- We are still in the Base price discovery periods of the February averages (Month of October For Dec. Corn , ticker cz2 and November Soybeans sx2) for RP, YP and Grip. Click here to see the calculations for corn average as of Fri. Feb. 17rd and Click here to see the calculations for beans. So far Corn has averaged $5.71/Bu. with a .23 Volatility factor and Beans $12.44/Bu. with a .18 Volatility factor- we have now completed 12 of 21 days in the base price discovery period, almost assuring that we will keep a strong revenue guarantee- especially in view of the positive effects of Trend Adjustment for most farmers.
