(1)  Corn & Soybeans include a 25-day late plant period and prevented planting.  May begin planting 60 days prior to final date and retain replant eligibility.  Call for details.
(2)  Premiums must be received 30 days from due date to avoid interest charges.
(3)  Claims must be reported as soon as loss is discovered, 2 weeks prior to harvest, or within 45 days of this date if crop is still in the field...AT THE LATEST!
